Jeffrey Anderson won the Division Toastmasters Speech Evaluation Contest in Hampton.
There was a test speaker that 8 speech teachers had to evaluate in 2-3 minutes. Winning means that he is the best speech evaluator in SE Virginia (well, according to Toastmasters ;-) ) and he will now go on to the District competition (all of Virginia) next month! Wish him well!
